ev33 Terms and Conditions

01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ev33 platform ("Platform", "we", "ev33") and its users ("you", "member"). These terms apply to users in Bangladesh.

ev33 is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live gaming services. By using this platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms.

1.1 Definitions

• Platform: The ev33.cam website and all its services.
• Member: Any person who has registered on ev33.
• Account: A member's personal platform account.
• Balance: The total amount of funds held in an account.
• Bonus Funds: Money granted for promotional purposes that is subject to specific conditions.

1.2 Precedence of Terms

If a conflict arises between any provision of these terms and any other guideline on the platform, the provisions of these terms will take precedence. For specific promotions or bonuses, the terms of that particular promotion will apply.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the ev33 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must hold a valid and active Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must have your own valid bKash, Nagad or Rocket account.
• You must create the account in your own name and for yourself — registration on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.1 Prohibited Persons

The following persons may not open an account on ev33:

• Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• ev33 employees and their immediate family members.
• Those whose accounts were previously closed due to violation of platform rules.

03 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on ev33, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If this is violated, all accounts will be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• Notify ev33 immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• ev33 will never ask for your password or OTP.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ev33 may at any time request the following information to verify your identity:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad or Rocket statement).

Withdrawal processing may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on ev33: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (via any method).

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.
• All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5-30 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Monitoring

ev33 follows anti-money laundering (AML) policy. ev33 reserves the right to temporarily hold any deposit or withdrawal for review of suspicious transactions.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive the bonus.
• The total amount of deposit plus bonus must be wagered 20 times (20x) before withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus is given only once and applies to the first account only.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — restrictions may apply to certain games or game categories.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions which will be published at the time of the offer.
• ev33 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering conditions have been met.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

ev33's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's activity and engagement. ev33 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

06 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

ev33 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Our games use third-party audited Random Number Generators (RNG).

6.2 Gaming Restrictions

• The use of bots, automation software or third-party tools in any game is prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results will result in immediate account closure.
• Colluding with other players is prohibited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round or displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault, ev33 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. ev33 is not liable for any loss caused by issues with a game provider's server.

07 Responsible Gaming

ev33 believes in responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy the platform in a safe and controlled way.

7.1 Voluntary Limits

Members may set the following limits on their own:

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet amount limits.
• Self-exclusion periods (taking a temporary break).

7.2 Minor Protection

Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software on their devices.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ev33 platform:

• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts artificially to exploit the bonus system.
• Using software or scripts to cheat the gaming system.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Filing false chargeback claims.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by ev33

ev33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing false registration information.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Long-term inactive account (more than 18 months).

9.2 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at their own discretion. A request must be submitted via 24/7 live chat. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances (bonus funds subject to applicable terms).

10 Limitation of Liability

ev33 is not liable for:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Losses arising from faults in third-party software or services.
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical failures.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or security breach.

ev33's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

10.1 Service Availability

ev33 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times; however, service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. Advance notice will be given where possible.

11 Changes & Amendments

ev33 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

• For significant changes, members will be notified by email or live chat where possible.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account.

The previous version of the terms will be identified on this page by the "Last Updated" date.

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Resolution through negotiation will be the preferred approach for any dispute.
